How do I download and install the printer software on Windows or Mac?

You can download the software by going to 123.hp.com/laserjet and clicking Download, or by visiting www.hp.com/support/ljM14 and selecting Software and Drivers. A third option for Windows only is to insert the printer CD and follow the on-screen instructions. (Page 1)
