What should I do if the printer is not connecting to the wireless network?

Verify that no network cable is connected, as the printer cannot connect to a wireless network when a network cable is attached. Ensure the printer and wireless router are both turned on and that the printer is within 30 meters (100 feet) of the wireless access point.
