What should I do if the Wireless light is steady blue but I still cannot print wirelessly?
The printer driver may not be installed — try installing or reinstalling the printer driver and then attempt printing again. If the problem persists, the printer and your computer may be connected to different networks; check the network your computer is connected to and verify the printer's SSID by printing a Wireless Network Test Report (press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Resume button simultaneously for 3 seconds).
