What does it mean when the blue light on the printer is blinking?

A blinking blue light on the printer control panel means the printer is not connected to a network. If the blue light is not lit at all, wireless may be turned off entirely. Use the Wireless Setup Wizard to establish a wireless connection. (Page 1)
