Can I use non-HP ink cartridges in the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e?
The printer uses dynamic security measures to block cartridges that use modified or non-HP electronic circuitry. Periodic firmware updates will maintain the effectiveness of these measures and may block cartridges that previously worked. If HP+ is activated at setup, exclusive use of Original HP Ink cartridges is required for the life of the printer. (Page 1)
