How do I determine what BIOS version is currently installed on my HP Z440 Workstation?

During system startup, turn on the workstation and press Esc, then press F10 to enter the F10 Setup utility, and go to File > System Information to view the BIOS version and date. In Windows 7, you can also navigate to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information and find the BIOS Version/Date line in the right pane. (Page 4)
