How do I access recovery tools if I can't boot my Windows 8 workstation?
If you have a Recovery USB Drive, insert it and restart the system. Press F9 to see UEFI Boot Source options; select the USB flash drive and press Enter. Follow on-screen instructions to initiate recovery.
