How do I check the current BIOS version on my HP Z840 Workstation?
Press Esc during startup (boot), then press F10 to enter the F10 Setup utility, and select File > System Information to view the BIOS version. Alternatively, in Windows 7 you can go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information and find the BIOS Version/Date line in the right pane.
