What should I do if the HUAWEI AI Life app cannot identify the router?

Ensure the HUAWEI AI Life app is updated to the latest version and that the router is connected to power. Make sure your mobile phone is connected to the router's WiFi and that the router is new or has been restored to factory mode. It is also recommended that there be no more than two walls between your mobile phone and the router during configuration. (Page 1)
