How much clearance is needed around the flue terminal of an i24 Ideal Boiler during installation?

Minimum spacing from the terminal to obstructions and ventilation openings are specified in Table 4 starting on page 10, including below gutters/drains: 25mm, above ground/roof: 300mm.
