What should I do when my boiler displays an F2 code?

If your boiler shows an F2 code, indicating flame loss, check that other gas appliances in the house are working to confirm a gas supply is present. If no supply exists or other appliances don't work, ensure the meter or pre-payment meter has credit and contact Ideal if under warranty, or a Gas Safe Registered Engineer otherwise (Page 6).
