How do I set the water hardness level on my Indesit DIF 04 dishwasher?

Set the water hardness by switching the dishwasher on and off three times, pressing button P for five seconds until you hear a beep, and then selecting the desired hardness level using button P. Turn it off once settings are complete (Page 9).
