How do I measure AC/DC voltage with the Innova 3320?

Plug the BLACK test lead into 'COM' and RED test lead into 'V'. Set the Function/Range Selector to appropriate ACV or DCV position. Place the RED lead on positive (+) side, black lead on negative (-) side of item being tested. Read results on display.
