What should I do if my remote is pre-programmed but some buttons don't work after setup?

If one or more buttons don't work properly after setup, you can re-enter the learning mode at any time by repeating the function learning procedure from the beginning. Alternatively, if you still have your original working remote, you can teach your Insignia remote its functions using the function learning method described on page 12.
