What are the initial setup steps for the Instant Pot Viva?

First, remove the inner pot and add 3 cups of water to it, then reinsert it into the cooker base. Secure the power cord to the base power socket and connect it to a 120V power source. Place and close the lid, press Pressure Cook, adjust the cooking time to 5 minutes using the +/- buttons, and deactivate the Keep Warm setting. The cooker will begin its pre-heating cycle.
