How does the standby mode work on the PartyBox 100?

The product will enter sleep mode after 20 minutes without operation. If powered by battery, it will auto power off after 20 minutes of no activity; if powered by AC or DC, it will enter standby mode instead. Press the power button or initiate a Bluetooth stream to return the speaker to normal mode. (Page 6)
