How do I fix the issue of some buttons not responding on the speaker?

The speaker may be in demo mode, which disables all input sources and buttons except for the power, volume, Bluetooth, and source buttons. To exit demo mode, hold the Power button and the Source button simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. (Page 16)
