Why are some buttons on my PartyBox 310 not responding?

The product may be in demo mode, which disables all input sources and buttons except for the power, volume, and a few others. To exit demo mode, hold the power button and the input source button simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. Never attempt to repair the product yourself; contact service if problems persist after troubleshooting. (Page 16)
