Why is my Bluetooth pairing failing with the soundbar?

Confirm that the soundbar is in pairing mode with the LED flashing blue and that your mobile device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (up to 10 meters). If pairing still fails, restart both the soundbar and your mobile device and attempt pairing again.
