What should I check after the first wash cycle to confirm proper operation?

After allowing the dishwasher to complete the shortest wash cycle, wait 2 minutes, then unlatch the door and wait 5 seconds before opening it. Check that there is water in the bottom of the dishwasher tub and verify that the dishwasher is working properly. If the dishwasher is not working properly, disconnect power or unplug it and see the "If Dishwasher Does Not Operate" section. (Page 23)
