How do I set the clock on my Kenmore 790 oven after a power interruption?

When first plugging in the range or after a power interruption, the display will flash '12:00'. Press briefly and within 5 seconds, press and hold the pad until the correct time appears. Note that the clock cannot be changed during timed baking or self-cleaning cycles. (Page 2)
