What is the Warm & Hold feature and how do I set it?

The Warm & Hold feature maintains an oven temperature of 170°F (77°C) and keeps baked foods warm for up to 3 hours after cooking has finished. To set it, place baked food in the oven, press the appropriate pad to turn ON the feature, then press again to start. You can turn it OFF at any time by pressing the cancel pad. (Page 2)
