How long can my exhaust vent be?
The exhaust vent must not be longer than 65 feet (19.8 m) with rigid metal duct and no elbows, or 55 feet (16.8 m) with one 90-degree elbow. If your vent is too long, it must be repaired or vented elsewhere.
