How do I connect my electric dryer using a 4-wire receptacle?

Connect the neutral wire (white) of the power cord to the center terminal block screw, then connect the red and black wires to the left and right terminal block screws respectively. Connect the ground wire (green) of the power cord to the external ground screw, and remove the neutral ground wire of the appliance and connect it to the center screw. Make sure the strain relief screw is tightened, all terminal block nuts are tight, and the power cord is in the correct position. (Page 9)
