How do I perform the cleansing brew on my Keurig Duo?

For a single cup cleansing brew, press the POD button (without inserting a K-Cup pod), press the 8 oz button, and press BREW. The machine will heat for about 4 minutes, then brew and discard hot water. For a carafe cleansing brew, don't fill the filter basket with grounds, press the CARAFE button, select 8 oz, press BREW, and pour the hot water into the sink when complete.
