How do I make an iced latte or cappuccino?

Fill a 473 ml/16 oz plastic cup halfway with ice, then place a K-Cup pod in the holder and lower the handle. Press the LATTE & CAPP button, then the blinking brew button to brew your shot. While that brews, fill the frother with chilled milk to the LATTE or CAPP line, press the COLD button followed by the LATTE or CAPP button, and wait for it to complete (approximately 3 minutes). Pour the frothed milk over your shot. Important: only use a plastic cup for iced beverages, not glass. (Page 3)
