How do I set up and use the K Cafe for the first time?

Start by removing packing tape, plugging the unit into a grounded outlet, and rinsing the water reservoir with fresh water filled to the MAX fill line. Press the power button and allow approximately 3 minutes for the water to heat. Once heating is complete, perform a cleansing brew by lifting and lowering the handle without a K-Cup pod, pressing the 6 oz button, then pressing the blinking brew button and discarding the hot water.
