What should I do if my coffee maker won't brew?
Check that the handle is pushed down securely after inserting the K-Cup pod and that the brew buttons are flashing. If the Add Water light is illuminated, fill the water reservoir to the MAX line and ensure it's seated properly in its base. If using the frother, wait 30 seconds after frothing finishes before attempting to brew. If none of these steps work, contact Customer Service at 1-800-361-5628. (Page 5)
