What should I do if my K-Duo is brewing only a partial cup or carafe?

First, ensure there is enough water in the water reservoir for your selected brew size. Then check if the exit needle is clogged by using a straightened paper clip to clean it according to the exit needle care instructions. If the water reservoir was removed during brewing, replace it and perform a rinsing brew without a K-Cup pod. If partial brewing continues, descale your coffee maker as mineral buildup may be affecting performance. (Page 6)
