To descale your brewer every three months or if you notice low coffee volume and slower performance, power it off first. Pour the Keurig Descaling Solution into the water reservoir followed by an equal amount of water from the empty bottle. Perform a single-cup rinse with 12 oz button press, then start four rinse cycles in carafe mode also using the 12 button. Let stand for 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly and refilling with fresh water to MAX fill line, repeating final rinse. (Page 7)
