What should I do if my brewer only brews a partial cup?

First, press the power button and hold the brew button for 5 seconds until all water is dispensed, then discard the contents. The exit needle may be clogged and should be cleaned with a straightened paper clip, or the K-Cup pod holder may need cleaning. If the problem persists after cleaning, the brewer may need to be descaled following the descaling procedure, or you should contact Customer Service.
