How often should I descale my K-Slim, and how do I start the process?

You should descale your K-Slim every 3 months to maintain the heating element and internal parts. To begin, pour the entire bottle of Keurig Descaling Solution into an emptied water reservoir, fill the empty bottle with water and add that too, then activate Descale Mode by pressing and holding the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds until the DESCALE light turns solid.
