What does the K-Slim warranty cover, and how do I get warranty service?

The K-Slim is covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use, starting from the date of purchase. Keurig will, at its option, repair or replace a defective coffee maker at no charge upon receipt of proof of purchase. To obtain warranty service, call Keurig Customer Service at 1-800-361-5628 and obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending the coffee maker in, as units returned without an RMA number will be sent back unserviced.
