Why is my charger not starting immediately after connection?

Every 2 minutes the unit stops charging and measures the auxiliary battery voltage for 2 seconds as part of normal operation. This means once the unit is connected, it may take up to 2 minutes to start charging. This behaviour is normal and offers more precise charging. (Page 7)
