How do I set the stir speed on my KSM150?

Move the switch lever to stir position. If the motor does not start, turn out the two adjusting screws evenly until the planetary turns about 60 revolutions per minute. To test the speed, hold a finger at the planetary and let the beater shaft hit it, counting touches in 15 seconds—adjust until the shaft touches about 15 times in 15 seconds.
