What speed should the planetary turn at on the Stir setting and at speed #10?

At the Stir position, the planetary should turn at approximately 60 RPM. At the #10 position, all models turn at approximately 255 RPM, with the exception of K45SS models built before May 6th, 2002, which turn at approximately 280 RPM. (Page 4)
