How do I adjust the grind fineness, and when is it safe to change the setting?
You can adjust the grind fineness using the grind fineness dial — turning it to the left produces finer grinding for stronger, creamier coffee, and turning it to the right produces coarser grinding. You must only change the grind fineness setting while the grinder is in operation; never force the dial. (Page 7)
