How do I disable Fast Startup to meet ErP/KES compliance requirements?
Go to Control Panel and view by Large or Small icons. Click 'Power Options' > 'Choose what the power buttons do' > 'Change settings that are currently unavailable'. Clear the 'Turn on fast startup (recommended)' option from the Shutdown settings and save changes.
