What does the IE error code mean and how do I fix it?

The IE error code indicates a water inlet problem. Check for a clogged, kinked or frozen water inlet hose, and verify that the water supply is turned on. If the water supply line is kinked under the dishwasher, feed it through the hole under the sink and pull on it from inside the cabinet to take up slack.
