What maintenance should I perform on the heat dry blower?

Remove food residue caught in the gap below the cover periodically (every 4 months) to prevent odors. Remove the lower rack, locate the heat dry blower cover in the back left corner, insert a flat-head screwdriver between the tab and cover and gently push it away, then turn the cover clockwise to about 2 o'clock and lift it up. Remove any debris with a brush and allow the cover to dry before reassembling it by turning counterclockwise until it clicks into place.
