What should I do if condensate seems to be leaking from the air conditioner?
Condensation occurs when the airflow from the air conditioner cools the warm room air. This is a normal occurrence. However, ensure that the indoor unit has a proper slope of about 5-8 mm at the drain hole side for proper drainage.
