How do I use the Smart Diagnosis feature?

Only use Smart Diagnosis when instructed by an LG call center agent. Lock the display by pressing and holding the Lock button for three seconds, open the right refrigerator door, hold your phone's mouthpiece to the speaker on the right hinge, press and hold the Freezer Temperature button for three seconds, then release after hearing three beeps. Keep the phone in place until transmission finishes, about 3 seconds.
