If food with high water content was placed near an air vent, rearrange items away from air vents. If the temperature control is set incorrectly, adjust it one increment at a time and wait for stabilization. If the refrigerator is installed in a cold location below 41°F (5°C), it should not be operated there; the refrigerator should not operate below 55°F (13°C).
