What is the proper way to remove the refrigerator doors?

First remove the Base Grille, then open the door and remove the top hinge cover screw. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry back the hooks on the cabinet underside, lift the cover, rotate the hinge lever clockwise or counterclockwise, and lift the door from the lower hinge pin. For the freezer door with water line connection, disconnect the water feed tube carefully first. (Pages 7-8)
