It takes approximately 12 hours before a newly installed refrigerator begins to produce ice. The automatic ice maker can produce 8 cubes at a time, approximately 120 to 150 per day. The ice maker will not begin functioning until it reaches its operating temperature of -9°C. (Page 11)
