Why does my TV have tiny black or colored dots on the screen?

The panel may display tiny black dots and/or brightly colored dots (red, blue, or green) at 1 ppm size, which does not indicate a malfunction and does not affect performance or reliability. This is common in advanced products with millions of pixels and occurs in third-party products as well, so it is not subject to exchange or refund.
