What type of detergent should be used in the WD-1016(0~9)S washing machine?

Only powder detergent should be used in this front loading washer. The detergent should be used according to the detergent manufacturer's instructions, and you should avoid using too much, as excessive suds can decrease washing results or cause heavy load to the motor. For a full load, follow the manufacturer's recommendation; for a part load, use 3/4 of the normal amount; and for a minimum load, use 1/2 of the full load amount.
