How much detergent should I use?

Detergent usage should be adjusted according to the manufacturer's recommendation for a full load, 3/4 of the normal amount for a part load, and 1/2 of the full load amount for a minimum load. Do not exceed the maximum fill line in the dispenser drawer, as using too much detergent can cause excessive suds, decrease washing results, and cause heavy load to the motor.
