How does the Time Delay function work and what are its limits?

The Time Delay function allows you to set a delayed start by pressing the Time Delay button after selecting your program; pressing it sets a minimum delay of 3:00 hours, with each press advancing the time by one hour up to a maximum of 19:00 hours. The displayed time represents the expected time from the present until the completion of the washing cycle. To cancel Time Delay at any point, press the Power button. (Page 18)
