What does heavy vibration or thumping noise during the wash cycle indicate?

Heavy vibration or thumping noise can indicate several issues: foreign objects such as coins or safety pins may be in the drum or pump; the wash load may be uneven and needs redistribution; or the transit bolts may not have been removed during installation. You should stop the washer, check the drum and drain filter, then rearrange the wash load. If noise continues, call your authorized service centre. (Page 29)
